- Nippon Chemicals Sales Co.,Ltd ( KITI Parent Company) was established in May 14th
- 1971
- Sole agent of Texaco for fuel/lubricant additives
- 1978 Sept
- Nippon chemical Sales Co. Ltd started to import wines.

- Sole agent of D.A.Stuart for petroleum additives and industrial lubricant
- 1982 July
- Foundation of Royal of Japan (former Ken International Trader Inc.), a 100% subsidiary company for trading wines and foods Nippon chemical Sales Co Ltd established Ken International Trader Inc. to trade in alcohol drinks and foods etc.
